There is no "dry mirror voltage" nor "maximum peltier current" seen in the lower to middle stratosphere.
--> Problems associated with the controller optimization and with the insufficient air flow. (See Sapporo-EES results in June-August 2003).
--> The essential factor here is the small amount of water vapor available for the condensate on the mirror in the upper atmosphere.

Development of a stratospheric model of Snow White with a two-stage Peltier cooler, or with an additional hot-side cooling by dry ice, etc. Sometimes the Peltier's cooling strength is not enough even in the middle troposphere.

The Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) problems of the TMAX-C and Snow White by the RS80 transmitter. The Peltier current data is the most sensitive.
